The tenth coffee, without the paper

Stamp cards work because progress is visible. What does not work: they get soggy, they stay at home, and they tell you nothing about who actually comes back.

It cannot be lost, because it lives on their phone

The card lives in the Revino app, and from there one tap adds it to Apple or Google Wallet too. It does not go soggy and it does not stay at home.

Two moves at the counter

Your staff scan the guest's code, enter the amount, done. At eight in the morning that is the difference that counts.

You can finally see who your regulars are

How many come back, how often, and who has not been in for three weeks. None of that was visible from behind the counter.

What it looks like at the counter

  1. 01

    You identify the guest

Your staff scan the guest's QR code, or type their short code or phone number. For a new guest, the phone number alone is enough.

  2. 02

    You enter the amount spent

That is what the system calculates from: a point in proportion to the spend, or a stamp on the card. It is the one extra thing your staff do.

  3. 03

    From there it runs itself

Tiers, streaks, birthdays, lapsed guests: you set the rule once and it keeps working.

What it actually returns

A loyalty programme pays off when you cost the reward at what it costs you, not at menu price. With coffee, that difference decides everything:

Ingredient cost of a 700 HUF coffee
approx. 200 HUF
A free coffee after ten purchases, spread across those ten
approx. 200 HUF reward cost
If that brings two extra visits per guest per month
1,400 HUF additional revenue

These numbers work with your figures, not ours. Run them with your own basket size and guest count in the calculator.

Common questions

Do I need a tablet or any extra hardware?

No. A staff phone is enough — the scan and the amount both go in there. There is nothing extra to buy.

What should the reward be in a café?

Whatever you would happily give anyway: a coffee, a pastry, an extra shot. What matters is that the first reward is close, or the guest never starts.

Stamps or points?

If people spend roughly the same each visit, stamps are simpler and more visual. If basket sizes vary a lot, points are fairer. You can switch at any time.

What if a guest does not have the app yet?

You can still give them points — their phone number is enough. The points wait for them and appear the moment they register with that same number. They will need the Revino app to see their balance and rewards, so it is worth downloading before long.
