Terms of Service
Terms and conditions of the Revino platform. Please read carefully before registration.
1. The Service
Revino (hereinafter: "Service") is a digital loyalty program platform operated by Filyó Dominik E.V. (hereinafter: "Operator").

The Service enables merchants to create and manage loyalty programs, and customers to join them, collect points, and redeem rewards.
By using the Service, you accept these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Registration and Account
2.1. Registration is required. You must be at least 16 years old.
2.2. Data must be accurate. You are responsible for keeping it up to date.
2.3. You are responsible for account security. Password sharing is prohibited.
2.4. One account per person. Multiple accounts may lead to restrictions.
3. Use of the Service
3.1. For personal use by customers and business loyalty management by merchants.
Prohibited: unauthorized use, false transactions, point manipulation, system attacks, unauthorized data collection, circumventing terms.
The Operator may restrict or terminate access for violations.
3.4. Publishing inappropriate or unlawful content will result in immediate termination of the subscription without refund.
4. Subscriptions and Payment
4.1. Subscription Plans
A paid subscription is required to use the merchant features of the Service. Available plans and their current prices are displayed in the application and on the website (revino.hu).
4.2. Pricing and Invoicing
The Operator is individually VAT-exempt (AAM — Alanyi Adómentes) under Section 187 of Act CXXVII of 2007 on Value Added Tax (Hungarian VAT Act). Therefore, prices do not include VAT. The displayed gross price includes a 27% buffer to ensure prices remain stable if the business structure changes. Prices are subject to change; current prices are available in the app and on the website.
4.3. Payment Method
Subscription payments are processed through Stripe, Inc. (USA) online payment platform via credit/debit card. Card data is handled and stored exclusively by Stripe in compliance with PCI DSS standards; the Operator does not access or store card data.
4.4. Automatic Renewal
Subscriptions auto-renew at the selected interval (monthly) unless cancelled before the end of the current period.
4.5. Invoicing
Electronic invoices are issued through Számlázz.hu, compliant with Hungarian NAV Online Számla 3.0 requirements. Invoices are sent via email upon successful payment.
4.6. Plan Changes
The user may upgrade or downgrade at any time. The price difference is prorated accordingly by Stripe for the current billing period.
4.7. Cancellation
Subscriptions can be cancelled through the application, website, or Stripe customer portal. After cancellation, the subscription remains active until the end of the current paid period.
4.8. Refunds
Subscription fees are non-refundable. The service remains fully accessible until the end of the already paid period.
4.9. Price Changes
The Operator reserves the right to modify fees. Users will be notified at least 30 days in advance. New prices take effect from the next renewal period.
5. Loyalty Points
5.1. Valid within the respective merchant's program only.
5.2. Non-convertible to cash, non-transferable except via gifting.
5.3. Values may be modified with prior notice.
5.4. May expire per merchant conditions.
5A. Premium Features
5A.1. Premium features within subscription plans:
a) Story Scheduling (Pro+): Pre-scheduling story publications.
b) Automated Campaigns (Pro+): Rule-based push notifications (7-day rate limit per trigger).
c) Predictive Analytics (Premium): Revenue/customer forecasting, churn risk. Informational only; accuracy not guaranteed.
d) Benchmark (Premium): Anonymized comparison from min. 3 merchants.
e) Weekly Reports (Premium): Automatic weekly summaries.
f) Advanced Automation (Premium): Extended trigger types.
5A.2. On downgrade, rules and schedules are deactivated; existing data is preserved.
5A.3. The Operator may rearrange features between plans (30 days' notice).
6. Intellectual Property
All Service components are the Operator's intellectual property. Users acquire no IP rights through usage.
7. Limitation of Liability
Service provided "as-is." The Operator does not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Not liable for:
- Merchant reward quality or availability
- Errors or outages in third-party services (Stripe, Számlázz.hu)
- Damages from unauthorized account access due to user negligence
Maximum liability limited to amounts paid in preceding 12 months.
8. Data Protection
Detailed information about the processing of personal data is contained in the Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

9. Amendments to these Terms
The Operator may amend these Terms. Users will be notified through the application and via email. Material changes require acceptance for continued use. Non-acceptance entitles account deletion and subscription cancellation.
10. Termination
Users may delete accounts anytime (30-day grace period). Account deletion does not entitle refund for the already paid subscription period. Operator may suspend accounts for violations. In the event of Service discontinuation, users will be notified at least 60 days in advance.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
Governed by Hungarian law, in particular Act V of 2013 (Civil Code), Act CVIII of 2001 (E-Commerce), and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
Disputes resolved amicably first. Consumer complaints may be directed to the local conciliation body. Budapest Court of Justice has exclusive jurisdiction, subject to consumer protection exceptions.
