What is Revino?
Revino is a premium digital loyalty program app that collects all your loyalty cards in one place. As a customer, you collect points and redeem rewards. As a business owner, you create your own loyalty program for your customers.
How much does Revino cost?
The customer app is completely free. For merchants, we offer 4 plans: Starter (7,990 HUF/mo), Growth (15,990 HUF/mo), Pro (31,990 HUF/mo), and Premium (55,990 HUF/mo). Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial.
What platforms is it available on?
The Revino app is available on iOS (App Store) and Android (Google Play). The merchant dashboard is also accessible through the website.
Is my data safe?
Yes, Revino is fully GDPR-compliant. Passwords are protected with PBKDF2-SHA256 hashing, data transfer is encrypted, and personal data is stored on EU servers.
For Customers
How do I collect points?
When you make a purchase, the merchant scans your digital loyalty card via QR code in the app. Points are credited to your account instantly.
How do I redeem rewards?
Once you've collected enough points, you can select a reward in the app and redeem it at the merchant's store.
What is the tier system?
Revino's tier system automatically promotes customers based on their activity: Starter, Regular, VIP, and Elite. Higher tiers unlock better rewards and perks.
Can I send points to someone else?
Yes! Revino allows you to gift loyalty points to other users directly within the app.
For Merchants
How do I create a loyalty program?
Register on the website, choose your plan, verify your business, then set up your loyalty program in the app in minutes — complete with points, rewards, and tiers.
I have multiple locations. Can I use it for all of them?
Yes! Starting from the Growth plan, you can manage multiple stores and locations from a single account. The Premium plan supports up to 10 stores.
What analytics do I get?
Real-time dashboard showing customer activity, point movements, traffic trends, campaign effectiveness, and churn detection. Pro and Premium plans include advanced reporting.
Is there a free trial?
Yes, every merchant plan starts with a 7-day free trial. You can cancel anytime with no obligations.
How do campaigns and notifications work?
Starting from the Growth plan, you get push notifications, Happy Hour promotions, and stories. From the Pro plan, you can also set up automated campaigns.
